The Founder
Apostolic Prophetess, Dr. Elva A. Talbot; affectionately referred to as “A leader of leaders”, is the fourth child among twelve siblings (two deceased), born and raised on the tiny island of Salt Cay, Turks and Caicos Islands.
She was always sensitive to God’s call on her life but received confirmation after a personal encounter with Jesus at the age of nine. She dedicated her life to the Lord and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at age thirteen.

Elva serves as Senior Pastor of the New Life Global Harvest Apostolic Int’l Center, CEO and founder of Bread from Heaven Ministries which was established in 1995. This Ministry parents Pearls Mentoring Group, House of Bread (Casa de Pan -Dominican Republic), which focuses on aiding the poor with food, shelter, medication and other necessities. To date have constructed homes for widows and distributed food and gifts to thousands. Apostle is also the founder of Tamar’s Cause a ministry that provides Intensive Care for abused women. She established the Global Prayer Shield as a social medium to unite the body of Christ through prayer. Collectively all ministries caters to the physical and spiritual needs of humanity.
In October 2013, Elva was ordained as an Apostolic Prophetess. Throughout her 32 years of Ministry, she has humbly served as a is missionary, church planter, broadcaster, conference host, speaker, consummated intercessor, gospel recording artist, mentor, mother, and grandmother with a fervent commitment to prayer and the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
Apostle Elva is an avid student of the word and has a passion for teaching, preaching, and deliverance. On December 7th, 2019, she obtained her doctorate of theology from the Harvest Reapers International Bible Institute of Theology. She is also a certified Life-Coach and Counselor.
During her years of ministry, Elva evangelized the length and breadth of the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Caribbean Region, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. She has co- labored with many other Ministries upon request, teaching, preaching equipping the saints, and establishing churches. The preaching of a Rhema word always resulted in healing and deliverance and miracles.
Elva is patriotic at heart and a humble servant of God whose vision is to see humanity receive Christ's Love, Healing, and Deliverance that he is so willing to impart.
